Refund Policy

1. One-to-One Consultation Registration (₹199)

The ₹199 registration fee for our one-to-one consultation is non-refundable by default. This fee covers the time, scheduling, and preparation our team commits to your session.

If you have registered by mistake, we encourage you to still attend the consultation — you will receive the same value and clarity regardless.

In certain genuine cases, we may process a refund at our sole discretion. These include:

• Duplicate payment made for the same registration
• A clear technical failure during the payment process
• Our inability to schedule your consultation from our side

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Mentorship & Program Enrolment

Refund terms for our mentorship, coaching, or program enrolment are disclosed and agreed in writing during the onboarding call before any payment is made. Those specific terms govern that purchase. This website policy does not override the terms you accept at onboarding.

3. How To Request a Refund

Please share your name, registered email, phone number, payment date, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our services.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date you paid.
